🌵☀️ Until Next Time, Cabo… You Never Disappoint. 🌊❤️🇲🇽
How do you say goodbye to a place that has become a second home?
This was my third trip to Cabo, and somehow it gets harder to leave every single time. ❤️ Wally has been coming here since 1994, long before Solmar Land’s End Resort was even built, so Cabo isn’t just another vacation destination for us—it’s part of our story.
Because Wally is an owner, we’ve been blessed to experience Cabo in a way many visitors never do. Even better, we’re able to share that experience with others who dream of visiting this incredible destination.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solmar Land’s End Resort
I’ve stayed in beautiful resorts around the world, but what keeps pulling me back isn’t just the view—it’s the people.
Hospitality isn’t something you can fake. Every employee smiles, remembers you, asks about your day, and somehow makes you feel like you’ve been part of their family forever. Two weeks simply wasn’t enough.
Adventures We’ll Never Forget 🌴
🐪 Riding camels along the Pacific Ocean.
🏜️ Racing through the Baja desert on both ATVs and side-by-sides with Cactus Tours, followed by their famous tequila tasting. (I’ll pass… Wally gladly accepted my share! 😂🍹)
🌅 Wandering through the charming streets of Todos Santos before ending the evening at The Green Room on La Pastora Beach. Barefoot in the sand, ocean breeze, incredible food, and one of the most romantic sunsets we’ve ever experienced.
🌴 Discovering Playa Las Palmas, one of Cabo’s hidden treasures. Surrounded by lush palms and vibrant green grass, it’s hard to believe you’re standing in the middle of the Baja desert. Add in the wild horses roaming the beach, and it feels almost unreal.
🐎 Just don’t leave your snacks unattended! Those horses have mastered the art of “shopping” directly from your beach bag. Beautiful? Absolutely. Polite? Not even a little. 😂
🤿 Snorkeling at Santa Maria Beach and Chileno Bay was unforgettable. Chileno completely stole my heart. The fish swim right up to you in shallow water—you don’t even need to venture far from shore to experience an incredible underwater world.
🏖️ Medano Beach is organized chaos in the absolute best way. Music, boats, restaurants, swimming, beach clubs, people watching, and nonstop entertainment. If you enjoy energy, this is your beach.
💆♀️ One of our favorite Cabo traditions is skipping the crowded beach massages and heading to Lands End Massage Cabo, tucked just off Medano Beach near the marina roundabout.
This was our second visit, and it definitely won’t be our last.
For $150 USD, we enjoyed a 90-minute couples deep tissue therapeutic massage, and it was worth every penny. Quiet, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after days of adventures. Some traditions are worth repeating every single trip.
🪨 Walking over the rocks from Land’s End to Divorce Beach and eventually Lovers Beach never gets old. Every time feels magical.
Just one piece of advice…
Bring your own cooler. 😂
We learned the hard way after paying $50 for two beers and two coconuts. Lesson learned!
🎆 We celebrated the Fourth of July at Rooftop 360, and WOW.
Dress to impress.
This isn’t a spring break party—it’s elegant, lively, sophisticated, and the panoramic views of Cabo are breathtaking. Live music, DJs, dancers, fireworks, and one unforgettable evening.
🏓 If you’re a pickleball player, don’t miss San Lázaro Pickleball. During the summer everyone starts early because the Baja heat arrives quickly. By 10 a.m., most matches are already wrapping up.
🌿 Flora Farms completely stole my heart.
Farm-to-table dining…
Boutique shopping…
Custom perfume blending…
Koi ponds…
Turtles…
Chickens…
Beautiful gardens…
Luxury homes…
It’s an entire lifestyle wrapped into one beautiful community, and I could have spent an entire day wandering every corner.
⚽ Watching FIFA matches with locals throughout the marina reminded me that sports truly are a universal language. The excitement, cheering, celebrations, and passion for Mexico made every match feel like we were part of one giant family.
⛵ Our sunset cruise aboard EcoCat gave us front-row seats to El Arco before sunset and after the sky turned every shade of pink and orange imaginable. Unlimited drinks, wonderful staff, and memories we’ll never forget.
🥾 Wally also tackled the mountain hike overlooking Land’s End with Enrique, who rescues stray dogs. The views are absolutely spectacular—but don’t underestimate it. This isn’t a casual stroll. Wear good shoes and be ready for a real adventure.
Things I Missed This Time ❤️
🦭 The sea lions.
I missed hearing them bark back and forth around the marina. They’re loud, they’re messy, they’re hilarious, and somehow they’ve become part of Cabo’s personality.
🐋 Whale season.
The last two times I visited Cabo were during whale season, and watching humpback whales breach right outside our condo is still one of the greatest wildlife experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re planning a winter trip, whale season alone is worth putting Cabo on your bucket list.
Why We’ll Always Return 🌊
Every morning brought endless blue skies.
Every afternoon brought another adventure.
Every evening delivered a sunset that somehow topped the one before.
The Baja desert, towering cardón cacti, turquoise water, and warm dry air have a way of slowing life down and reminding you to simply enjoy the moment.
And the best part?
Even after three trips…
We still haven’t seen everything.
There are beaches we haven’t explored.
Restaurants we haven’t tried.
Hikes we haven’t climbed.
Hidden gems waiting to be discovered.
That’s the magic of Cabo.
It keeps calling you back.
❤️ Until next time, Cabo.
If Cabo has been on your dream list, I’d love to help make it happen. Because we have ownership at Solmar Land’s End Resort, we’re able to help others experience this incredible destination, too.
If you’re interested in renting our time at the resort or would like help planning your own Cabo getaway, send me a message. It would be my pleasure to help you fall in love with Cabo the same way we have.
🌴✈️ Until the next adventure…
