Back-to-School Teacher Appreciation 🍎📚

It’s BACK TO SCHOOL time! And this weekend, we want to say THANK YOU to the amazing teachers and school staff who do so much!

A moment of vulnerability and honesty….

One of the biggest challenges small businesses face isn’t always having customers—it’s finding dependable people who want to be part of the team. Small businesses like Driftless Gypsy rely on our community not only to shop local, but to work local.
I’ve shared hiring posts many times, and finding committed applicants from our own community has been surprisingly difficult. The reality is that local businesses can only continue to grow, expand hours, and serve our customers when we have an incredible team behind us.
If you’ve ever said, “I love having a boutique like this in our community,” this is one of the biggest ways you can support it. Whether that’s applying yourself or sharing this post with someone you know who would be a great fit, it truly makes a difference.
I’m not just looking to fill a position—I’m hoping to find someone who wants to help build something meaningful alongside me.
