An Update on Bridal Alterations
I wanted to share a quick update with everyone planning for upcoming weddings.
My schedule for September, October, and November is now completely booked for bridal alterations. Because of this, I won't be able to take on any additional bridal alteration appointments during those months.
If you're already on my calendar, there's no need to worry—I'll be completing all scheduled alterations and honoring every consultation that's already been booked.
Bridal alterations are some of the most detailed and time-intensive projects I take on. Today's gowns often feature multiple layers, delicate lace, intricate beadwork, structured bodices, and unique
construction that require careful planning and many hours of skilled craftsmanship. Even the smallest adjustment can involve much more work than most people realize.
To give every bride the level of care and attention she deserves, I have to be intentional about the number of gowns I accept each season. Quality work simply can't be rushed.
This pause will also give me the opportunity to recharge, take care of my health, and prepare for an amazing 2027 bridal season.
Thank you to every bride who has trusted me with such a meaningful part of her wedding day. It truly is an honor to play a small role in these once-in-a-lifetime moments. Your support means more than you know. ❤️
