I created this company in 2023 as on online activewear brand that can be worn in or out of the gym. After being diagnosed with several health problems and struggling with mental wellness, I decided to start my health journey. Hello and Welcome. Thank you for checking out our page. My name is Jamie and I am the founder of Jakt JAKT Activewear. I created this online activewear brand after realizing that my passion for fitness included feeling good in or out of the gym. Whatever your choice of fitness, I believe our clothing can inspire and motivate.

A little about me and my fitness journey.
I started my fitness and health journey right about the time the pandemic hit. Everything was shutting down and the daycare I began many years previous that was my full-time income had to shut down as well. I became depressed and my health was also struggling. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and pre-diabetes.
A friend of mine had started the gym a year previous and invited me to come. I took a leap out of my comfort zone and began the journey that has forever changed my life.

3 years later and I have reversed my pre-diabetes and my Hashimoto's. While I will still have to take medication for is manageable. In this 3 years, I learned the importance of having a good relationship with food. I also learned proper strength training and how it changes your body in a healthy way. My life has forever been changed. I believe we are all winners. Everyone starts their health and fitness paths on different levels. The journey is YOUR journey.

I have created this online activewear as a brand to feel good whether you are in the gym or just strolling down a grocery isle. Whatever your fitness and health journey is we hope you will find comfort in it. It's a style to fit anyone.
