I’m loving my weight loss journey, just purged 20lbs of clothes that are too large because I shedded 35lbs in 2023.
Please don’t choose the easy way out with medication that’s not meant for weight loss
I am using will power and mental focus ONLY to lose my weight. I never thought I could do it but I’m doing it. I’m almost offended when people asked if I chose to use that “injectable”.
Please take care of yourself and don’t choose that easy way out, because as we age you don’t know the later side effects that can happen, don’t leave your longevity to instant gratification. Speech from a former fat girl 👧🏻
