Hello ok so for those who don’t know I have fibromyalgia and I’ve been pushing myself super hard at work and in life because I don’t want to miss out on important events and experiences that being said it’s very hard on my body which is why I haven’t Been live in awhile! I am still an active consultant trying to figure out a regular routine that works for everyone. Please bare with me.
