NY size. We are located in Las Vegas, NV USA and have been selling our products online since the beginning of 2012. We have well over 1000 satisfied customers using our products today, and are growing quickly. We are the inventors, designers, and retailers of our product. Our products are 99% made and manufactured in the USA and Canada. Only the raw vinyl is manufactured in Germany and Canada...everything else is done here in the US. We do the final assembly and packing in-house to insure quality control and help eliminate defects. Because of this, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't like it, return it. Used or not. Even though we have had less than a dozen ever returned with well over 1000 pairs sold, we want to know if you are not satisfied and why so we can make improvements. We realize that nothing is ever perfect and no one person knows everything. Because of this, all feedback is welcome and appreciated, good or bad, so we can try to make our product the best it can be. What makes our sole covers unique is the rubberized non-slip coating that we apply to our product. It is a super resilient low profile film unlike anything else. It is textured like sandpaper but soft like rubber, so it won't scratch your floors. This combination not only helps against slipping and sliding, it protects the cover, as well as your shoe's sole. It wears just like the normal shoe sole, so it looks and feels like it should be there. It cleans easily and is resilient to oils and other chemicals. SHOES NOT INCLUDED...
