When I receive the order, you will be asked to provide and email address to which an invoice will be sent. Once the invoice is sent, I ask that you try to pay quickly as I will not start any personalization until payment is received. Upon receipt of payment there will be a 48-72 hours time frame for work and I will notify you once your item ships. I will ship via USPS usually using priority mail f
