Mayweather vs. MCGREGOR ("Promotion") is sponsored by Reebok International Ltd., 1895 J.W. Foster Blvd., Canton, MA 02021 (“Reebok” or “Sponsor”). The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Promotion are final in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the continental U.S and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, consultants, agents and suppliers, (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) as well as their immediate families and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner.
2. SPONSOR: Reebok International, Ltd., 1895 J.W. Foster Blvd., Canton, MA 02021.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at the following retail outlets (the “Promotion Period”):
Reebok Outlet Store 90 at Las Vegas Premium South
August 23rd, 2017 at 9 am local time – August 25th, 2017 at 12 pm local time
4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two methods of entry, each an “Entry”.
a. RAFFLE METHOD OF ENTRY: During the Promotion Period, completely fill out raffle entry ticket and submit.
b. MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY: Write your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, including area code and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: 1895 JW Foster Blvd, Canton, MA 02021 Attn: Kristina Loftus. Entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received no later than the date that is three (3) days following the end of the Entry Period (regardless of whether such final day to receive is a day on which mail is or is not delivered). Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending will not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD USED. Multiple Entries are not permitted. If more than one Entry is received from one person, only the first Entry submitted will be considered valid, however any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, phone number, identities, registrations, or logins, Entries through a sweepstakes club or similar entity, cheating, fraud, or any other unauthorized methods will void all entrant’s Entries and such entrant will be disqualified.
General Conditions of Entry: No photocopied, facsimiled, e-mailed, mechanically reproduced or telephoned-in entries will be accepted. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged, and proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, mutilated, garbled, postage-due or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. WINNER SELECTION/VERIFICATION:
Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. On August 25th, Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from each store location from all eligible Entries received. The potential winner will be contacted by telephone or e-mail, according to the contact information provided by that entrant. The potential winner will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Prize Acceptance Forms and IRS W-9 form (collectively, “Releases”), as requested by Sponsor. If a potential winner of the Prize cannot be contacted within one hour, fails to sign and return the Releases or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), or any email notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits his/her Prize. In the event that a potential winner of the Prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries. All forms must be fully completed and returned within one day following receipt of the forms from Sponsor, or the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternative winner selected.
6. PRIZE:
One Grand Prize Winner (“Prize”). One (1) winner will be selected to win two tickets to the Mayweather vs. MCGREGOR fight. TOTAL ARV: $1000 Prize pick-up at Reebok Store 90. Prizes will not be shipped.
Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Prize is not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for paying taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes resulting from acceptance or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Except for the Prize value, the Prize winner will not receive any additional monetary compensation or acknowledgement for participation in the Promotion, any advertisement or other material. Receiving a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The Prize will be fulfilled by the designated store location and prizes must be picked up at designated store location.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the Prize at random from among the eligible Entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
8. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:
All prizes are non-transferable except by Sponsor. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The winner is not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Promotion or disqualify any Entry for any reason and without notice including, without limitation, if Sponsor suspects tampering has occurred, voiding the entries at issue or terminating the Promotion and selecting a winner from among that portion of the Promotion that has not been compromised, if any. Promotion Entities will not replace any lost or stolen Prize items. The Promotion Entities and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any web site or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
10. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE PROMOTION ENTITIES AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES (INCLUDING DEATH) OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. THE PROMOTION ENTITIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION AND MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. THE PROMOTION ENTITIES AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION.
11. PUBLICITY:
By submitting an Entry, each winner grants the Promotion Entities and those acting under their authority permission to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, state of residence, and opinions or comments for advertising and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
12. GOVERNING LAW:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Promotion Entities in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Promotion or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts or the appropriate Massachusetts state court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, but in no event including attorneys' fees, disbursements or court costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs.
13. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION:

14. WHO WON:
To find out the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope on or before Dec 30, 2013 to Reebok, 1895 JW Foster Blvd, Canton, MA 02021. Attn: Kristina Loftus
