No matter what goes on in life, this is my standard. I don’t care if I’ve been out of the gym for a while, haven’t been dead lifting, running more, etc. Five plates is my standard. Therefore I will never allow myself to drop below being able to do certain weights on certain exercises because it’s my standard.

Been incorporating a lot more core, stability, barefoot, and 90° training into my regimen.

Why is this good you ask!?

It helps with strengthening the body and all its incorporating parts to move as it should. It helps strengthen the weak points. Especially in the hip flexors and ankles.

He is the primary mentor that helped me understand how to control my thoughts, which allows me to predominantly walk around in a state of happiness on a continuous basis no matter the circumstances.
