Tuesday Through Saturday
12:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Approximately 40 hours per week
We’re Looking For Someone Who 🤩
✨ Has a genuine interest in metaphysics, spirituality, crystals, herbs, etc.
📱 Enjoys creating social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories)
😊 Has excellent customer service skills
💬 Is friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with customers
💪 Has a positive, can-do attitude
🚀 Takes initiative without needing constant direction
📚 Is eager to learn and teach others
🛍️ Is detail-oriented and keeps the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
🤝 Works well as part of a team
⏰ Is dependable, punctual, and reliable
🎥 Comfortable being on camera is a plus
Responsibilities ✍🏾
Assist customers with their shopping experience
Create engaging social media content
Restock merchandise
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Process sales
Answer customer questions about products
Help with merchandising and displays
Assist with receiving inventory
Opening/closing responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications 🏅
Retail experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Experience with Instagram and TikTok
Photography/video editing skills are a plus
