I spent the weekend moving tables and shelves around in my workshop, only to move them right back again when I remembered why they were in the places they were 😂. The only difference is that I moved a desk out of the room and moved two shelves and an easel in (we have 2 easels - one was my mom’s, another we got before inheriting my mom’s).

The reason for wanting to move - my daughter’s table gets natural light from the window, and I wanted that for my workspace. She’s leaving near the end of the month and didn’t care. Well, my long table doesn’t really fit in the space. I’ll just be moving my portrait wools over to her table after she leaves for college.

The space is roughly 15’ square. I’m amazed at all the stuff we’ve managed to fit in here, and the joint studio space we’ve created. The best part was creating art together. I will miss having her here. For many reasons.
