The right running shoe starts with the right fit! 👟💙

At Ad Astra Running, we do more than ask your shoe size. We measure your feet, analyze your gait and pronation, and help you find the shoes that work best for YOUR feet and the way YOU move.

With brands like Brooks, HOKA, Saucony, Nike, and New Balance, there’s plenty to try on. And we’re here to help you narrow it down!

Whether you’re training for a marathon, getting into running, or just looking for a comfortable pair of shoes, come see us!

Anyone else hate carrying water on a run? 🙋‍♀️

I took this Nathan handheld on my last long run and discovered something unexpected… it’s basically a stress ball that happens to hold water. 😂

It fits so naturally in your hand, and I found myself giving it little squeezes throughout the run. Weirdly therapeutic.

Hydration and stress relief? I’m sold. 💦🏃‍♀️

Fast looks good on Ben Krause. 🔥

26.2 miles. 2:43:04. 17th overall at the Garmin Kansas City Marathon.

That’s a 6:13 pace for an ENTIRE marathon. And somehow, he’s still smiling.

What a race, Ben! Proud to have you representing Ad Astra Running! 💙

What a weekend, Kansas City!

Congrats to every runner who finished the Kansas City Marathon. First race or fiftieth, PR or just proud to cross the line, you put in the miles and it showed.

We were out there too! Anna laced up a new pair of shoes and a fresh singlet from the shop and came home with a PR! Always nice when the gear we believe in proves itself on race day.

We loved seeing so many familiar faces out on the course. Rest up, refuel, and come tell us about your race. What’s next?
