One day shopping only 😭
Leant my car to a friend last week so I wasn’t out hunting down treasures.
I did make a few stops yesterday and this is my tiny haul of
Cute daisy crochet🌼
Couple of cute cottage style pictures
Some akro agate (adding to my own set)
The best piece is the tricycle ❤️❤️
Most will be heading to Newport this week

Stop using AI and chat gpt to sell your vintage and antiques! I said what I said. Y’all photos be faker than Tammy Faye Bakkers face.

I asked and you answered!
Welcome to my new weekly series I’m going to attempt. Properly named “Loot in the boot” 🤓
For those unaware, a “boot” is a British name for a trunk. Since no one seemed to like my suggestion of Junk in my trunk 😆
I’ll be posting weekly or bi monthly showcases of what I’ve found on my thrifting journeys. As well as the random smattering of trunk contents that roll around in there.
Seriously though: a chick on a hen on a nest sugar bowl! How cute is she. ☺️Also zero Ai or chat gpt was used in the creation of my post 🙃😉

Spring is here!
So are the forbidden pets 😂
Nightly we have a visitor. I don’t mind because possums aren’t as scary as people think.
Now I need to come up with a name?

When you hit the thrift store on a Sunday afternoon with zero expectations.
Then this happens! Holy mother of Mosser glass fairy lamps. Just sitting there on a shelf between crusty dolls and mismatched China.
I just thought to myself the other day “I haven’t seen a fairy lamp in the wild in a while now”
Thank you thank you thrift universe.

The booth is stuffed in downtown Salem.
There is still time to grab some vintage St Patrick’s day decor. Along with lots of Easter goodies.
They are open 7 days a week. Parking on Sundays is free 😊

I don’t know where 2026 has gone already! I took a second vendor space, took on a part time job and I feel completely out of sorts. My normal routines are in a tail spin and I’m trying to get reorganized but it’s not happening.
Anyways…here is a peak at my tiny Easter display. I have lots more but have not added it in yet. There’s always tomorrow or the next day, or the next day.

Happy Valentines Day!
I shared a little blip the other day that I scored a large vintage candy box at the bins.
Here she is in all her satin, lace and artificial flower glory. It’s in very good shape for the age. Someone was very appreciative of this gift and even kept the wax paper and puffy printed paper inside. 😍
I sell 95% of the items I thrift, this time though, I’m showing myself a little love and keeping this one 🤓

When I opened my brick and Mortar store in downtown Lebanon in the middle of Covid in 2020, it was a definite risk of failure. One of the first regular residents to come in and shop my store consistently was Tim Stillion. If you were ever a business owner, employer or regular customer of downtown Lebanon you knew Tim. I knew everyday when I was open he would stop in. Sometimes shop, sometimes sit for a minute, but always with some stories and a laugh and a smile. I closed my store in 2022 to make some life changes but I still saw Timmy regularly when I came back to town to shop. He always asked how I was, how were my kids. He was a good human. Our exchanges always ended with “Love you Kimmy” and I’d reply “Love you too Timmy”. Tim passed away this week and the town of Lebanon is a little less bright. Rest in peace Timmy, you will be missed by so many.
