Formal Society is looking for a little extra help at our new store in Monroe—about 10-15 hours a week, mostly late afternoons and evenings!

Get out of the house, enjoy some girl talk, and help women find a dress they feel beautiful in. It’s rewarding work with a fun, laid-back team, and we’re flexible with scheduling.

👗 MOTHERS DRESS STYLIST + FLOOR LEAD
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has an eye for style, and would LOVE helping women find the dress for one of the most important days in their family’s life.

A big part of this position will be working one-on-one with our Mothers of the Bride & Groom — helping them navigate styles, colors, fit and options until they find the dress that makes them feel incredible.

This person will also help keep our sales floor running smoothly, assist customers throughout the store, merchandise, maintain displays, and help create the elevated, welcoming shopping experience we want Formal Society to be known for.

You might be a great fit if you:
✨ Love fashion and styling
✨ Are confident talking with customers and making recommendations
✨ Have a warm, outgoing personality
✨ Are organized, dependable and comfortable taking initiative
✨ Enjoy helping women feel confident in what they wear
