You won’t see the designs before ordering. That’s what makes it a Surprise Mailer! You just have to trust the process, and we promise we’ve put together something we think you’re going to LOVE.
Please read this entire description before ordering:
GARMENT ONE: Comfort Colors Tee
Unisex fit, sizes S–4XL.
This will be the size you select for your T-shirt.
GARMENT TWO: Enza Sweatshirt
Sizes S–2XL will receive Enza. Sizes 3XL–4XL will receive Port & Co.
This will be the size you select for your fleece.
Your tee and sweatshirt sizes do not have to be the same. Please make sure you select the correct size for each garment when ordering.
WHEN DOES ORDERING CLOSE?
Orders close Sunday, August 16 at noon OR when we sell out… whichever happens first.
Quantities are limited, and our Surprise Mailers have sold out in the past, so please don’t wait until the deadline if you know you want one.
WHEN WILL THEY BE READY?
Surprise Mailers will be ready the week of September 1.
You will receive an email with either tracking information or pickup instructions as soon as your goodies are ready. Please wait for that email before coming to the warehouse for pickup.
SHIPPING & PICKUP:
Shipping is a flat $7, or you can pick up your order from our warehouse in Lee’s Summit for free.
If you would like to pick up, go through checkout as normal. On the fourth and final screen, after entering your shipping information, enter code PICKUP to remove the $7 shipping fee.
Warehouse pickup is available Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Please make sure you are able to pick up during those hours before choosing the pickup option.
A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Surprise Mailer designs are not revealed before ordering. That’s part of the fun!
Please double-check both of your garment sizes before submitting your order.
