Or to deserve love, or (insert whatever you are telling yourself you’re not deserving of in this moment).
There have been a fair amount of times I felt I had to change my body in order to honor a desire of mine. I’m just here to remind you, on the first day of summer, that you don’t have to change your body before you get that damn hair cut or buy that cute suit that you have in your shopping cart. We have much much bigger thing to focus on in our lives and around us right now — let’s not be distracted by a “I’m not good enough...” & by us putting restrictions on ourselves.
*reading this I realize I should have put “photos taken of yourself”, but it’s too late! she’s already up! Onward and upward.
