Just a post to let our customers know who might be on our Facebook and are making plans to come out and shop. Our credit card machine is down due to lightning strike yesterday and the company is telling me I will not get a new machine until maybe Tuesday or Wednesday of next week and sorry but no checks sorry for the inconvenience. It will be cash only for a few days working on it as hard as I can thanks.

Just a reminder to let our customers know we still carry the Amsoil 20/50, transmission, fluid, and primary also have the O-rings for the plugs. Just got in new head wraps some of them are the cool head wraps that you soak with water and they help keep you cooler and they are also stretch head wraps which our customers have seemed to really like those and some of the beanies come see us y'all

We have some new items in this week. We now are carrying the ladies mesh vest and jackets. These vest allow airflow through for this summer heat. We also have the men's mesh vest and we have added another bad ass low profile helmet. It's a three-quarter old school 3/4 check out the photos. After 32 years of having a business here half of it in antiques and furniture restoration and half of it in the motorcycle apparel and accessories business, we are going to start being closed on Mondays and do the normal five days a week. It has nothing to do with business slowing down. Sometimes Monday was our busiest day of the week. You just never know, it's just wanting more time at home I have found myself thinking on Monday mornings. I really would like to just stay home today so that's what we're gonna do. Hours will be Tuesday through Saturday 10 till five weekdays nine until five on Saturday. We have some new policies at the Old Homestead pertaining to embroidery and sewing although I know a lot of people will not get this message because they are not on our Facebook, but they are a regular customers. We will no longer be making any patches whatsoever and with the sewing when it is a full set up, it will be done by appointment only if it is a club or a person who cannot leave their vest and this appointment only can only be after Pam's back has been repaired, but as far as the walk-in and one patch here two patches small stuff that will be business as usual just had a customer show up wanting all of the club patches removed and put on a new vest in one sitting while waiting at this time this will not be something we can do come see us and thank you for your business please share this with your friend who may not be on our Facebook
