Meet Dr. Cola our newest single barrel in the gift shop, with a pretty fun story behind it. For Rebecca McBrayer’s birthday, her husband Wayne reached out to Rebekah Sue Neeley and asked if we could do a special tour for them here at Neeley Family Distillery. Well… we decided a tour wasn’t quite enough. So we surprised them by turning part of their visit into their very own single barrel pick, one that we would eventually bottle and put right here in our gift shop. Wayne and Rebecca got to select the barrel, name it, and we even put their names right on the label. And thus, “Dr. Cola” was born. This one is a four grain bourbon made with oatmeal, cask strength at 112.2 proof and today it has officially made its way onto the shelves of our gift shop! What started as a birthday surprise is now a bottle you can take home. Come in and grab a Dr. Cola while it lasts. Open seven days a week.
