Between our M&R Fusion Table that reached 900°, our Flash Chili Dryer that reaches 250°, and the Kentucky humidity that reaches 5,000°, we're a little overheated. That's why we're closing the shop from August 3rd - August 7th to give ourselves and our equipment time to cool off, rest up, and get ready for a great fall season.
