A Heartfelt Thank You
To my dear friends and customers,
There are moments in life when it’s time to turn the page and begin a new chapter. For me,that time has come, and I have recently sold The Treehouse.
When we took over this beloved Ligonier tradition, I thought I was simply beginning a fun retirement adventure. I never imagined that it would become one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. What I found wasn’t just a business—I found a community that
welcomed me, embraced me, and ultimately became home. One of my greatest joys was getting to know so many of you. I loved helping parents
prepare for a new baby, watching children grow from one season to the next, and seeing the delight on grandparents’ faces as they searched for that perfect gift. As a grandmother
myself, those moments always held a special place in my heart.
The Treehouse was never just about the clothes or the toys. It was about the
conversations, the laughter, the stories you shared, and the friendships that grew over the years. Those are the memories I will treasure most.
Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and making every day such a pleasure. Your kindness and loyalty meant more than you will ever know.
As I step away, I’m excited to see the next chapter for The Treehouse. The new owners will bring their own ideas and their own style, but they share the same desire to create a welcoming place for young families in our community. I hope you’ll give them the same encouragement and support that you so generously gave me.
Although I won’t be behind the counter anymore, you’ll still see me around town—only now I’ll be one of the happy shoppers strolling through our beautiful streets, enjoying everything that makes Ligonier such a special place to live.
Thank you for the memories, the friendships, and for making this chapter of my life so incredibly meaningful. I will always be grateful to have been part of your lives and part of this wonderful community.
