I’m thinking about branching out into craft fairs with my handmade crochet business, and I’d love to hear from those of you who have done them!

So the next time someone asks, “Do you really need more yarn?” I can confidently reply:

“I’m not shopping… I’m investing in my brain health.” 😂

Apparently crochet helps reduce stress, improves focus, keeps your brain active, and even promotes mindfulness.

Which means:
🧶 That yarn haul? Self-care.
🧶 That unfinished project from 2024? Ongoing cognitive therapy.
🧶 That stash hidden in the closet? Preventative healthcare. 😌
