Did you know your bust should sit closer to your FACE than your WAIST?

Let's talk minimizer bras for a minute.
Most traditional minimizer bras work by pressing breast tissue inward and downward. While that can make your bust look smaller, it often creates extra fullness through your middle — which is usually where most of us want to look our smallest.

That's one of the reasons I like the Emma Minimizer so much. Instead of smashing everything down, it lifts and supports while creating a flatter, more balanced shape. The underwire is spread out more, and the cups aren't heavily molded, which helps create a more natural look.

Personally, when I wear the Emma, I feel like I look a little thicker through my middle than I do in my Abbie. But I also have a flatter breast profile, so I don't feel like my bust is the first thing through the door when I walk into a room!

It's all about what makes YOU feel most comfortable and confident. Some women love a more projected shape. Others prefer a flatter profile. Neither is right or wrong — it's simply a matter of personal preference.

Do you know when its time for a new bra?

Ladies… your bra should support you... not stab you, squeeze you, or try to escape through the fabric

A few BIG signs it may be time for a new bra:

The underwire is poking out
Your band is riding up in the back
You’re spilling out of the cups
The straps are digging into your shoulders
You keep adjusting it all day long

A properly fitting bra should feel supportive, comfortable, and smooth- and yes, you deserve that

One thing many women don’t realize: The BAND does most of the support work… not the straps! So when the band stretches out, the whole fit changes.

And please hear this: Your body is not the problem. Sometimes the bra just isn’t the right size, style, or fit anymore.
