Coaches clinic is Thursday -2:00pm-5:00pm - coaches social at the Kindler Hotel right after the clinic and Friday 10:00am-4:00pm
Athletes clinic Friday 10:00am-4:00pm
ON running shoes Demo Run and breakfast - Friday at 8:00am from the Lincoln Running Co!
