Dear Valued Customers,

After 8 wonderful years of serving you at my optometry and eyeglass repair location, I am writing to let you know that I will be closing the physical shop. This was not an easy decision, but the drastic increase in the costs of maintaining the business, along with my interest in pursuing a new business direction, have led me to take this step.

I want to thank each of you for your trust, loyalty, and the relationships we’ve built over the years. It has been an honor to help you see better and keep your eyewear in top condition.

Although the shop will be closing, I am not stepping away entirely. I will continue to provide some services, primarily through mail. Eyeglass repairs, adjustments, and select services will still be available, and I’ll make sure the process is as simple and convenient as possible for you. More details on mailing instructions and turnaround times will be shared soon.

While this chapter is ending, I am excited about what lies ahead and grateful for your continued support. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions about services moving forward or how best to work with me through mail.
