Today we’re celebrating Sarlote and her official three-year anniversary with Aria Rose Bath Co.
What a year it has been.
Over the last year, I've watched her step into her strength in ways that have been incredible to witness. She has grown both personally and professionally, taken on new challenges, and continues to show up every single day with determination, heart, and an unmatched work ethic.
As our Production Lead, Sarlote manages the entire production side of our business. From bath bombs and soaps to lotions and everything in between, her hands help create every product that leaves our shelves. The amount of responsibility she carries is enormous, and she does it with grace, consistency, and care.
What makes this even more special is that she's not just part of our team—she's my sister. We've shared so many chapters of life together, and getting to build this business alongside her has been one of the greatest gifts.
There truly isn't an Aria Rose Bath Co. without the work she puts in behind the scenes every day. Our customers may not always see her, but they experience her dedication in every product they bring home.
Sarlote, thank you for everything you do. We are so proud of the woman you've become, the leader you've grown into, and the example you set for everyone around you.
Happy three-year anniversary, Production Queen. We love you, appreciate you, and honestly couldn't do this without you.
