As I’ve moved outside this Hammondsport house on this beautiful day to evaluate what’s here.

I need to sell early the two sets of patio furniture. Both sets are nice and sturdy and will give you several years of enjoyment. To be transparent the beige and green set is in better condition than the gray set, some of the upper webbing on the gray set, has brakes

4 pc beige & green set is on covered front porch comes with canvas covers

5 pc gray set on the back porch. Because the back porch has no roof, the beige & green set covers are being used on the gray set but go with the beige & green set.

Do we have an estate sale for you! I’m still wrapping my head around this packed house filled with so many goodies in the village of Hammondsport with a view of Keuka Lake, so good!

Mark your calendars for Friday, July 31st and Saturday, August 1st.

Because the house is packed, I’m selling the beautiful Stickley dining set and Stickley master bedroom set early. You know I don’t do early sales unless I really need the room.

Please look at the pictures, which don’t do the furniture justice, prices are in the last picture. I will sell individual pieces if no one wants the entire set. I am offering a price break to purchase the entire set.

I’m just trying to help! Please share!

I always have people contact me because they have things they inherited or don’t need or don’t use. I always give them options. One option is post your item on FBMP but many folks do not have FB or don’t know how to do that.

Now I’m taking it one step further when I’m between estate sales I’ll post their item for them and use my network to get the word out.

When you see a post that starts with “I’m just trying to help” it is a post for someone in this situation. I’ll give you THEIR contact information to make all arrangements with THEM and pay THEM.

If this works out great, I’ll keep doing it.
If this goes south, I’ll stop doing it.

A solid Red Oak dining set by Sterling Jamestown. In wonderful condition with the exception of two scratches on each end of the hutch base which are covered up by the hutch top when it sits on the base.
Asking $850 OBO.

Table measures 60” x 40” x 30 1/2” and 2 - 15” leaves making the table 90” long, drawer on each end, full table pads and 6 spindle back fan style chairs, 4 side & 2 captains

Hutch Top with glass doors, 2 glass shelves and lighting, measures 55 1/2” x 17” x 46 1/2”
Hutch Base with drawers & doors measures 54” x 18 3/4” x 34 1/2”

Our Client has downsized and moved closer to family leaving behind a lot of useful items for you! This sale is packed with all things BABY and some furniture, decor, tools, outdoor, this and that. FOR MORE PICTURES CHECK OUR RE-PURPOSING FACEBOOK PAGE!
No numbers, just line up and come in. We will open at 9 both days.
Remember if it’s in the pictures, it’s in the sale.
We will have hold/tally and check out outside, wish for nice weather!
If you want to purchase something large pull the tag and leave it at the hold table.
We are staffing this sale lean so please bring help to get things out of the house and into your vehicle.
We need to leave the driveway clear for folks to pick up their purchases. Pull in the upper driveway and leave out of the lower driveway, it’s safest.
All items are sold as is, where is and all sales are final.
The house is towards the top of the hill and cars go pretty fast.
Please park at your own risk and respect the neighbors lawns and mailboxes
