DE-CLUTTER SALE HELD AT 2 EAST WILLIAM STREET, CORNING (BACK ROOM OF CORNING ANTIQUES & MORE STORE)

FRIDAY, MAY 29TH – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
SATURDAY, MAY 30TH – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

This is a unique adventure. A friend wanted to de-clutter her home and could not hold a sale in her home and asked for our help. We brought it all to Corning Antiques & More at 38 Bridge Street, Corning and will hold the sale in the back room, enter through blue door on 2 East William Street.

Once inside you will find a beautiful 15 drawer oak fly tying or crafting cabinet, fishing collectibles, 9 drawer catalog cabinet, 18 drawer oak cabinet, 2 ottomans on a wheeled frame and folds into twin beds with memory foam mattress, 2 portable Orek Electronic captures and destroys bacteria, 3 dehumidifiers, kitchen items, pots & pans, dishes, ice cream freezer, candles, picture frames, office supplies, photo albums metal security boxes, post card collection, faux tree, toys, games, volleyball net, travel bags, golf putting green, Star Wars toys & books, paper party supplies, Dairylea milk crates unique red tiller w/bicycle tire. We even have 6 black stenciled Hitchcock style caned seat chairs from Corning Painted Post Historical Society. All proceeds benefit the Historical Society. Mote items added right up until sale day!

No numbers, just line up and come in at 9:00 when we open
We will move big things outside on the driveway so you can walk around inside, though it will be tight
We will have hold/tally and check out on the driveway; wish for nice weather!
We need to leave the driveway clear for folks who need to pick up their purchases
Please park at your own risk and be respectful of all property. There are 2 public parking lots of West William Street behind Bridge Street businesses and public diagonal parking on Ferris street by Corning Credit Union
Please be kind & courteous to each other
Please be cautious of pedestrian and vehicle traffic
Please be responsible and respectful of the property

Here’s updated pictures of items you will find with lots more stuff on the way. All will be displayed so you can shop under & around the tents on the front lawn!

Make plans to come to 981 River Road, Lindley on Friday, May 1 from 8-1 and Saturday, May 2 from 8-12 to take advantage of three families clearing their clutter, you won’t be disappointed you made the trip.

Lots of Corelle, household items, small appliances clothing, toys, conceal carry purses, furniture, 125cc Tao Tao 4 wheeler and of course antiques & vintage. Limited pictures right now but I will update pictures as we work though things.

What a fabulous day today, THANK YOU! If you came you know the house was loaded but as typical we did not sell everything and there is still a lot available for tomorrow. Unfortunately my phone ran out of battery (we were on it too much so no pictures or video) but take my work for it, there's lots there!

Saturday is 50% off most everything and reduced prices on select furniture. We hope to see you at 1648 West Water Street, Elmira. We open at 9 and close at noon. Lots of great treasures await you!

ANTIQUE & VINTAGE ESTATE SALE at 1648 WEST WATER STREET, WEST ELMIRA 14905

FRIDAY, APRIL 24TH – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
SATURDAY, APRIL 25TH – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

We have a unique shopping experience for you at one of Elmira’s original homes built in 1829. This 3,360 sq ft / 6 bedroom house has seen 7 generations grow up in it, oh if the walls could talk! The 3 floor house, front porch garage and back yard are full. Come take a step back in time to find antique furniture and vintage treasurers galore! And to pay tribute to this historic home please enjoy coffee and a treat while you leisurely shop to acquire treasures; thinking about simpler times and what life was like over 100 years ago!
Numbers at 8:00 on the front porch, due to traffic and parking.
Hang around or come back before 9:00 to line up, in number order.
We will have one line to enter the front of the house; you can shop the porch, you can shop the house, you can shop the basement, you can shop the back yard or you can shop the garage (need to go through the house to get to either)
I will let folks in at 9:00. I should be able to let everyone in but I won’t know that until I get there. It’s always a tough decision for me to hold folks at the door but it just makes everyone's shopping enjoyable and it respects the folks who were here early.
Remember if it’s in the pictures, it’s in the sale.
We will have hold/tally and check out on the front porch and driveway (wish for nice weather)
If you want to purchase something large, pull the tag and give it to a worker along with your name and it will be at the hold table. A worker will then bring your item to the hold area.
If you don’t want to carry your purchases with you, you can give them to a worker along with your name and they will be at the hold table.
We need to leave the driveway clear for folks to pick up their purchases
