I was told that that I’m not a boss. And I kind of got offended but I never shed emotions.I just sat back and listened.he said do you have a business. I stated of course. He said do you work at your business. I’m like yeah. Well he like yeah then your not a boss you are self employed so you are an employee stop getting confused with being a boss. Bosses don’t like that when you just a well trained employee. When you can leave the business for six months and come back and the business is still operating then you will be considered some what as a boss till then go clock in mr employee of the month. I was furious but well motivated. With that said I’m on a new level of life right now. A new stage of becoming a boss. I’m tired of working for people including myself. May god be with me on this journey of becoming a boss.
