We kindly advise you to follow the instructions provided to ensure the longevity of your hat. Each hat we create is made with love and is one-of-a-kind, just for you. If you have any special requests, please let us know before the designing process. We welcome any personal or memorable items that you would like to incorporate into the design. The hat designing process may take up to 2 to 4 weeks, but we promise it will be worth the wait. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your order, which will be deducted from the total amount due. We are a small business, and your support means the world to us.
