Th'rine / Rooted in Earth. Guided by Spirit. Handcrafted Gemstone Jewelry & Decor for the Mystical Soul. www.thrines.com Nature has always been the place where I find comfort, connection, and inspiration.

When you were a child, perhaps you found sanctuary in the boughs of a sturdy tree, imagined fairies or forest beings in its shade, or breathed in the sweet smell of pine. Maybe you collected stones that caught the light, warmed your palm, or skipped across the surface of a mountain lake. I believe these experiences are old ways carried in all of us, no matter where we come from. In my work, I seek

to honor the wisdom and presence of trees and to celebrate the unique character and energy of each stone. Through wire-sculpted trees and handcrafted gemstone jewelry, I hope to create pieces that help people feel grounded, supported, and surrounded by a touch of beauty.

With the roots completed, it's time to form the trunk and branches.

If you're wondering how long it takes me to complete a tree, it's anywhere from 10 to 25 hours. I know other artists are much faster than me!

Stage #1: 20ga pure copper wire measured to be at least 3x the height of the stone. Those pieces are doubled to be attached to a 14ga frame beneath the stone. In this case, the roots were then oxidized in liver of sulpher. Approximately 3-4 hrs.

Stage #2: Forming the roots against the rock. Approximately 3 hrs.

Stage #3: Forming the trunk and branches. Approximately 3 hrs.

Stage #4: If I add foliage -- whether beads or wire. Add approximately 10-15 hrs.

💙 Blue Kyanite Tree of Life Necklace

Powerful Stone. Powerful Symbols.

Blue kyanite, with its shifting shades of blue and natural striations, becomes the foundation for this Tree of Life—a symbol of connection, growth, grounding, and the ever-unfolding journey of life.

Wrapped in silver, the stone is embraced by a double frame, while a graceful spiral echoes the rhythm of life, growth, and transformation.

Handcrafted by Th’rine, this pendant measures 65mm overall and comes with a 17-inch, 2mm silver-plated brass chain and handmade hook-and-loop clasp.

$100

A little bit of Earth. A little bit of symbolism. And a whole lot of intention.

Rhodocrosite & Grossular Garnet Necklace
A little love magic, woven in copper.

Rhodocrosite is often associated with selfless love, compassion, and the courage to open the heart. Grossular garnet brings its own energy of devotion, inspiration, and heartfelt connection. Together, they make a rather irresistible combination—you might just find yourself becoming a love magnet. ✨

A 25mm rhodocrosite cabochon takes center stage, gently woven in pure copper and crowned with a small grossular garnet. The intricate copper work echoes the natural flow of the stones, creating a piece that feels both grounded and alive.

$85
Includes a 2mm, 17-inch copper chain with my handmade hook-and-loop clasp.

These gorgeous cabochons are going to make some spectacular pendants! Ten blue kyanite and one rainbow moonstone -- two of my favorite stones (of course, there are so many)! 😍⚡💖

❄️ Winter’s Blanket ❄️

Every sculpture begins with the stone. I never know exactly what will emerge until the work is nearly complete.

I found this piece of sodalite at one of my favorite shops, The Rock Doc in Nathrop, Colorado, and was drawn to its rugged rawness paired with soft colors reminiscent of white clouds against a blue sky. Any color I might add would distract from this natural beauty. White was the unquestionable choice. I would begin there, and then see what developed under my hands.

And what developed was a windswept winter tree—its branches reaching into the wind, its roots wrapping around the stone, anchoring it to the earth.

There is something especially fitting about where this tree is headed. I met its new owners while camping in the Colorado mountains. They are Canadian, currently living in Texas, and Winter’s Blanket will eventually make its way home with them.

Perhaps it’s a little mischievous to send a Canadian a winter tree while they’re living in Texas. 😉 But I hope it will remind them of home—a place covered in a cozy blanket of snow.
