Hi Friends,

Almost two years ago, I opened the doors to Rosebud & Jo in Littleton, not really knowing what would happen. I didn’t expect you- the mamas, the gift-givers, the regulars who became friends. I’ve watched baby bumps turn into babies, and those babies turn into toddlers. I’ve been trusted with the TMI moments, the hard days that made us both tear up a little, and some amazing wins. I’m so grateful.

For those that don’t know, after much thought and a lot of heart, Mike & I have made the decision to move to Maryland to be closer to family. While we’re saying goodbye to our Littleton home, Rosebud & Jo isn’t going anywhere; we’ll remain open online at rosebudandjo.com and we’ve already begun searching for a new brick-and-mortar home.

Our last day open in Littleton will be May 15th and to celebrate our time together, I’m having a moving sale from May 1–15, and I want you to stock up! (I beg of you, don’t make me bring all this home 😂) This is the perfect time to grab the next size up for your little one, stock your gift drawer, or treat yourself or little one to something you’ve had your eye on (all while supporting a small business in the process, just saying).

If you’ve been here for a while, you know I tend to share things as they come and often over share, LOL, and so keeping this in has started to feel a little strange. So here it is…

Rosebud & Jo will be moving to Maryland at the end of spring / early summer.

This has been such an emotional decision. This shop has given me more than I ever could have imagined- not just in business, but in the relationships built here. So many of you have become more than customers… you truly feel like friends and family, and that’s something I will never take for granted.

The reason behind the move is family. Mike’s immediate family is in Maryland, and while we have wonderful family & friends here, being closer to them will give us a different kind of day-to-day support as we raise our girls and continue to grow this business. We’re also hopeful for a location that brings more natural foot traffic to help Rosebud & Jo continue to grow in the way we’ve always envisioned.

For now- nothing is changing.

The shop is open, new arrivals are coming (and already here!), and we are soaking in every moment with this community over the next few months. Your support during this time truly means everything.

I’ll share more as plans come together, but for now… thank you. For being here, for supporting this dream, and for making this space what it is.

I thought I’d do a re-introduction!✨

Hi friends,
I’m Kaitlyn- the heart behind Rosebud & Jo.

Long before opening the boutique, I always felt called to support our tiniest humans and I began my career in early childhood education. Becoming a mom to my two girls deepened that passion even more. Supporting children’s growth, well-being, and development has always been at the center of who I am.

A few years ago, life changed in ways I wasn’t prepared for. My husband and I lost our home in a fire, and not long after, I lost my mum. Those seasons reshaped me and reminded me how fragile life can be, and how important it is to build something meaningful.

I wanted to create something purposeful for families in my community and show my daughters what it looks like to take a brave path as a woman and business owner. I had no retail experience, but I trusted my knowledge of products that truly support children and families, and Rosebud & Jo was born.

This boutique is more than a store to me- it’s a reflection of resilience, intention, and care for the families who walk through our doors.

If you’re new here, I’m so glad you found us. And if you’ve supported Rosebud & Jo along the way, thank you for being part of this dream. ♡

Little Learners is joining us again this Sunday for a St. Patrick’s Day Play Date at Rosebud & Jo! 🍀

Think crinkly and soft textures, bubbles, story time, and plenty of opportunities for little ones to explore and play.

You can choose from two different session times and stay for as little or as long as you’d like.

This play date is designed for children under age 4 — but of course you know your child best, so if it sounds like something they’d enjoy, we’d love to have you join us.
