It was a blessing to sew for this lovely young lady. Her lace overlay dress needed 4 layers hemmed and the train removed, making the skirt length equal for the entire dress. 🪡

Stunning bride! These alterations were time intensive but oh so worth it! I opened the front vertical skirt slit by about 10” so her leg would show through✅ I removed and repositioned some of the lace overlay on the bodice plunge✅ I hemmed the front skirt layers✅ I took in the bodice sides✅ I added a ballroom bustle, which transforms the train into an all-one-length hemline✅ It was truly a pleasure sewing for this beautiful bride. Congratulations 🥂

This wedding gown’s alterations were extensive, but so worth it! The bride is both beautiful inside & outside! It was truly a blessing to spend time with her. The bodice shoulders were taken in, a bling belt was sewn to the waistline, the skirt layers were taken in on both side seams, from the arm hole to the hem, the hem was shortened and the train reduced, a bustle was added to the train, and the outside of armhole was tapered. Congratulations 🥂

Looking Prom Sharp! I hemmed the red dress and added a bustle to the train.

Classy dress for a classy young lady! I took in the waist through the side seams, adjusted the outer spaghetti straps, hemmed 3 layers, and finished it off with a skirt bustle.

“Isn’t she lovely”…all that this timeless red dress needed was the skirt slit closed up a bit.
