I recently worked on an order with a beautiful story behind it. Nancy shared with me that the horses were for a group of 8 high school friends, known as the 'Posse,' who have been going on a yearly retreat for the past 15 years or so. When one of their own faces a challenge they "ride". The group rallies around them, and these horses were made for their September retreat after a member's cancer returned. It was humbling to think about this group's bond while working on this project, and I hope their friend's health improves soon.

It's fair time here in Cache Valley. I always enjoy walking through the exhibits and seeing all the sewing and craft projects. 🐷
Having 3 grandchildren showing pigs at the fair reminds me of this special request for flying pigs I received. I always enjoy these special projects.
