Hello and welcome to Ibtisam Tailor Shop. My name is Ibtisam, and fashion is my passion! After many years working as a designer and seamstress for department stores and fashion houses in Iraq and Jordan, my husband and I had to leave our beloved country to escape the terrible violence there. When we finally arrived in the U.S. as refugees, through World Relief organization, I began rebuilding my life by opening Ibtisam Tailor Shop fashion here in Lombard, Illinois. In 2018, I received my Certificate of Fashion Design from the College of DuPage. I finished my studies with the highest honors and was named the Most Outstanding Fashion Designer in the program.
I specialize in Customized fashion design.
