Our banana peppers are the unexpected stars of this year’s garden!

We took these pictures this morning at our community garden plot. We donated quite a few to our local pantry this AM and still brought home plentyyy.

This incredible festival is where Naturely Cool began in 2023. Every year, we get so excited to bring nature crafts to kids of all ages and meet so many amazing people from Chicago and beyond. This year is no exception!

The Fest is back at Douglass Park on Sunday, June 22nd. We’ll be there and we can’t wait to see you 💚🌱

We’re back OUTSIDE… literally!

This Saturday is our first outdoor market of the year and we are super excited. The Blooming Fest is where gardening enthusiasts, craft lovers, and everyone else can enjoy one of our area’s largest plant sales, live music, a variety of craft and food vendors, and enjoyable family-friendly activities.

And, it’s FREE!

It's never too early to start planning your garden! Here's a quick general guide for when to plant outside in Illinois. Dates are for central Illinois. Plant two weeks earlier for southern Illinois and two weeks later for northern Illinois.
