Eden's Bowtique was created in November 2011 in the memory of my daughter Eden who passed away at the age of 3 months from SIDS. TO PURCHASE:---> Comment on the item photo or message me! PAYMENT Methods: Payment can be made via Paypal, Chase QuickPay, or Credit Card. Pickup is also available & payment can be made with cash/check at pickup if arranged with me before ordering. SHIPPING Times: I ship via USPS. It usually takes 2-5 business days within the US and up to 2-3 weeks for international. Tracking/Insurance: These MUST be requested before ordering! Typically the cost is an extra $2-3 per order for small/medium size orders. **Without tracking/insurance, I can not guarantee your order. Once it is in the hands of the USPS, it's out of my control unfortunately. This is highly recommended for bigger orders! Return/Exchange Policy: Due to the nature of the product, returns will not be accepted unless the item is received damaged or an incorrect item is received. These items must be postmarked and mailed back within 48 hours. Pickups Policy: Pickups are made at my home in Lombard. Pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. All items at EB are hand made and inspected for quality. Each item is backed with felt or a ribbon wrapped clip for added comfort and all ribbon ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. At EB you will find an exceptional product for an affordable price!!
