Fear has a way of making the future look larger than the God who holds it.

It tells us to hesitate. To retreat. To doubt our calling. To stay where we are because the unknown feels safer than obedience.

But Scripture reminds us that fear is not the inheritance God has given His children.

He has given us power.
Power to stand when life tells us to surrender.
Power to walk into rooms we never thought we would enter.
Power to face battles without allowing the battle to define us.

He has given us love.
Not the kind of love that depends on circumstances, but the kind that allows us to forgive, serve, sacrifice, and remain faithful when it would be easier to walk away.

And He has given us a sound mind; the ability to remain anchored when everything around us is shaking.

The presence of fear does not mean the absence of faith.

There are moments in every life when we find ourselves standing at what appears to be the end of the road. Every door is closed. Every answer seems delayed. Every step forward feels impossible. We search for a path, but all we see are walls.

I love the Bible because it is a great reminder that, God has never been limited by what limits us.

When Moses stood before the Red Sea with an army closing in behind him, there was no road, until God created one. When Joshua reached the flooded Jordan River, the waters didn't part until the priests stepped forward in faith. When Lazarus lay in a sealed tomb, death itself became the stage upon which God's glory was revealed.

God has always been in the business of making a way where no way exists.

Perhaps the greatest obstacle isn't the mountain before us, it's the doubt within us. We often ask God to show us the path before we'll take the first step. But faith has always walked before sight. It trusts the character of God even when it cannot trace the hand of God.

If your future feels uncertain today, don't let what you see determine what you believe.

So keep walking. Keep praying. Keep believing.

Because when God is leading you, dead ends become divine beginnings.

"See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland." β€” Isaiah 43:19 ✨

Some of the most important seasons of our lives are spent in the hallway; the space between what was and what will be. It's where prayers seem unanswered, doors remain closed, and the future feels uncertain.

But don't mistake the hallway for a dead end.

God does some of His deepest work in the waiting. He builds character before calling. He develops faith before fulfillment. He teaches us to trust His heart when we cannot trace His hand.

Anyone can praise God when the door swings open. True faith praises Him while standing in the hallway, trusting that the same God who closed one door is preparing the next.

So if you're in a season of waiting, don't grow discouraged. Worship anyway. Pray anyway. Trust anyway.

Because sometimes the hallway isn't a delay, it's a divine appointment.

And when God finally opens the next door, you'll realize He was preparing you for it all along. πŸ™πŸ½
