Burke Mercantile, founded by Maggie Stoll in 2017, is a modern lifestyle shop with a design focused and eco-conscious sensibility. With an emphasis on independent & emerging brands, sustainable fashion, and contemporary design, we have created an environment which supports creative change-makers, and serves the community while bringing curated products to our customers. We believe in independence,

exploration, collaboration, and personal expression, and our goal is to provide the necessary goods to support that lifestyle. We view design on a spectrum of colors, not one that is black and white. fast fashion, focusing on modern yet classic pieces made to last. We aim to provide products for everyone that blur the lines of age and gender. Here at Burke we believe we are only as good as the community that serves us, and any level of consumption should be met with philanthropy. We are committed to donating a portion of proceeds to rotating local or national charities or organizations doing positive work for civil rights, the environment, local communities and more. We welcome any suggestions of organizations which our customers support and believe in. Happy August!! New month, new Save the Date(s)! 🌞

We invited some friends to join us here at the shop for the final Stroll & Savor event of the year in Belmont Shore • Long Beach CA on Aug 19th & 20th! The shop will be open late both nights and bringing even more fun for the end of Summertime right here at Park & 2nd!

Wednesday, August 19th we will have Live Pet Portraits by Alyssa Belanio from 5-9pm at Burke, for $40 per pet (or $72 for two 🐈🐕‍🦺 in one pic)!

Thursday, August 20th we will have Aura Photography with Aura Door from 5-9pm at Burke, for $45 per photo!

Enjoy an evening walking along 2nd Street, savoring food, sipping samples, shopping in retail shops and listening to talented local musicians as you stroll with your family, friends, and pets!
