ATV Tour Guide (Full-Time) 🏁
🌲 Alvin’s Off Road Playground is seeking a Full-Time Tour Guide to join our growing off-road adventure business. This is a hands-on position for someone who loves ATVs, the outdoors, and is ready to learn and support our tour guide operations while delivering top-tier customer experiences.

🔧 Position Overview
As an ATV Tour Guide, you will help with daily tour operations, guide guests, and suport tour guides and general staff. You’ll ensure safety standards are followed, staff are supported and productive, and guests leave with an unforgettable experience.
💪 This role requires year round responsibilities with active, physical outdoor work.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
Help and support tour guides and day-to-day staff
Complete daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
Work with other employees on ATV operation, safety procedures, and customer service standards
Enforce company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures
Communicate effectively with ownership regarding staff performance, issues, and daily operations
🏍️ Tour Operations
Lead guided ATV tours while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction
Monitor trail conditions and adjust tours as needed
Handle customer questions, concerns, and on-site problem resolution
🧹 Property & Equipment Maintenance
Pressure wash, inspect, and assist with basic maintenance of ATVs
Maintain trails (trimming, picking rocks, clearing debris, w**d whacking)
Clean and maintain property and facilities
Lift and move heavy objects as needed
⭐ Customer Experience
Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer interactions
Represent Alvin’s Off Road Playground with professionalism at all times
✅ Qualifications
🏍️ ATV riding experience REQUIRED
🔧 General mechanical/ATV knowledge preferred
💬 Strong communication and customer service skills
🌦️ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
💪 Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
⏰ Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing conditions
💰 Schedule & Compensation
💵 Starting pay: $16.00/hour
⏳ 30-day probationary period
🕘 Full-time position
📆 Weekends and holidays are required
