We LOVE a holiday workout around here ❤️🤍💙 We had a full studio this morning to kick off the 4th! They crushed a 30 minute ride, and we finished with team ab relays.

Team Stars ⭐️ & Team Stripes 🇺🇸 tied, so we sent it to a tie breaker of flutter kicks til the last {wo}man was standing. In the end, Brittni Brister pulled through to win it for TEAM STRIPES 🇺🇸

P.S. to whoever needs to hear this, remember we love a holiday workout because we are grateful to move our bodies and we ENJOY it. Get out of the mindset that you are burning calories to eat the holiday foods. Move your body, eat the hot dogs, and HAVE A HAPPY FOURTH ✌🏻
