Art lovers, this one is for you! 🖼️

Today we liquidated a small Sunnyvale estate and uncovered a fun collection of treasure artwork that features something for everyone. I particularly love the mountain landscapes.

Our client’s mother-in-law was an art instructor at Sacramento State University, many of the pieces are her original works, while others were by her favorite students and artists.

The sale goes live Thursday at 4:00 PM on the Shop Kuzak’s Closet app. As always, the best pieces tend to disappear fast, so be ready! ⏰

Pickup will be available Thursday in Los Altos from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

This February, my husband came to me with an idea… reopen the business and hire him as my right-hand man.

Honestly, pre-accident me would’ve laughed at the suggestion. But after being closed for 9 months because of a bad accident, post-accident me was getting VERY bored… so I agreed to give him a shot.

I knew I could train him, but he definitely had to earn it — and somehow he turned into the most motivated employee I’ve had in 21 years of business.

He’s already been our app developer for the last 4 years, so he knows the ins and outs of everything. While he can’t take a decent photo of me on vacation he has sharpened it photo taking skills for the app. He has a genuine interest in figuring out the story behind each estate and loves the manual labor that is a stark contrast to his previous life as a privacy engineer at Google for 16 years. He flies through listing days just so he can hurry home and start writing more code and making even more improvements to the app.

Turns out hiring your husband isn’t always a terrible idea. 😂
