This is Brian holding up the used clothing sweater by n from my closets
I usually see him at Ralph’s Mkt with a sign asking for donations.

Tonight he mentioned his wife has swollen feet due to her . Therefore l drove home after shopping n came back with some goodies 🤗 to surprise his wifey … So she’ll feel that someone cares 🙌😊

Him n his wife Candi needs $90 per day to pay their Motel room. $90 X 30 days = $2700 a month 😳😱

That’s insane 🤯 … My Tenants pay less than that n they have a nice cozy 1 bedroom + 1 bath with lots of closet space, storage n living room etc… below Mkt value
