Credit: here’s my 4 days weekly split divided as following:

Mon: rest dag
Tue: quads & glutes
Wed: shoulders, chest, tric & abs
Thur: rest day
Fri: glutes & overall legs
Sat: back, bic & abs
Sun: rest day

Following workouts daily

just started to do some cardio and I add it where it fits so it differs from week to week. aiming on hitting at least 10k steps per day ☀️

Small daily improvements each & everyday lead to massive gains overtime👏🏼

It’s taken me YEARS to finally start to see some growth, especially on my shoulders. They’re still my top priority & can use a lot of work, but progress is progress no matter how small, and for that I’m proud 😌

PROUD, BUT NEVER SATISFIED.

So remember. Keep with it. Stay consistent. You won’t notice changes overnight. But trust in the process, and one day you’ll be lookin back and feelin damn proud of how far you’ve come 🖤

What are you waiting for…? ✨

I was waiting for a sign, a spark of inspiration, or another New Year’s Resolution to roll around.

I wasted years waiting instead of working.

I knew I wanted to change my life, but I allowed my excuses to get in the way.

“I’m not ready yet.”
“I don’t know how.”
“It’s too hard.”

I had no idea how to meal plan, count calories or exercise.
No one does until they try.

If I could give myself some advice, it would be to just start.

Forget about everything you don’t know and start figuring it out.

There is never going to be a right time, but there is right now! 💪🏼🔥

Have put on some muscle mass, and lost my tan😅
It’s hard to stay motivated, I am defs not motivated everyday, but a good workout always make me feel great afterwards so I push myself to go to the gym even when I don’t want to. Gotta work for what you want, no excuses😤

.fit SWIPE FOR QUAD/HAMMY DAY

no videos today but here’s everything written in my notes! I tried sorta explaining it on my notes but when you’re doing your sets it’s so SO important to do time under tension. It makes your workout so much harder and your muscle connection will improve.

Basically if you’re able to go heavy and then drop the weights and go again you should. Pretty much any machine exercise I do this. For example:

If I’m doing leg extension machine for 3 sets of 10 then for each set I’m really doing 20. If the normal weight I use the machine with is say 70lbs then I’ll do 10 reps and then drop the weight immediately to say 45lbs and then do another 10 reps. Hope that makes sense 😭
