Credit: here’s my 4 days weekly split divided as following:
Mon: rest dag
Tue: quads & glutes
Wed: shoulders, chest, tric & abs
Thur: rest day
Fri: glutes & overall legs
Sat: back, bic & abs
Sun: rest day
Following workouts daily
just started to do some cardio and I add it where it fits so it differs from week to week. aiming on hitting at least 10k steps per day ☀️
