Making treasures from trash again, here in the studio!
I know you all won’t believe this, but not everything I design gets the green light from the client 😱 But there are those few extra special designs that need to be rescued from the reject pile.

A LAST HURRAH.
As Women’s History Month draws to a close, I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself here, too.
I am notorious for avoiding the camera and there is nothing I hate more than having my own photo taken. But, avoiding the camera is also a way of erasing myself from history.
I faced my own fears and put myself through this photo shoot for a project that has been delayed due to the pandemic, but these photos definitely have a place here. They are a document of my own history and what part I play in our community. Constantly hiding from sight serves no one, least of all myself.
So, please enjoy a few photos of me in my studio, and one to prove I clean up nicely. It’s my own little corner of the inter webs, and it’s a good place to make history. Hope you all take a moment to step out into the spotlight! (Read below for some credit and ❤️)
I’d like to mention that the photos in this post were the combined effort of myself (full disclosure, planning photo shoots with models is a large part of my design/art direction practice), photographer , hair stylist , and makeup artist . Please give them all a follow and should you need someone to work on your shoot, I cannot recommend them enough. They made this easy.
