Massachusetts Update : Rough plumbing, electric and hvac inspections within the next week or so. Working on the stucco from the back of the building to the front. Sign co coming for the exterior signs (sign on building and street sign). Floors are being prepped for the epoxy guys to come in. Retail floor will be done before the cabinets get here. Cabinets expected in approx 2-3 weeks. Need to get on the exterior work. We need to bring some areas to grade and bring the utilites in from the street, sidewalk, walkways, parking lot etc. Before the winter hits. Our goal is to get the outside banged out asap. That way we can work on the interior during any bad weather. 🚀🚀🚀
