When you’re celebrating someone, leave the word ‘little’ out of your mouth. Calling someone’s job, goal, or achievement a ‘little’ this or a ‘little’ that isn’t a compliment—it’s a slap in the face. You don’t know the sacrifices, the late nights, or the sheer determination it took for them to get there. Celebrate people big, or don’t celebrate them at all.
