I read once that the key to happiness is the ability to bounce back. It took a long time to realize how to cultivate that ability- you have to choose it. You have to want to get out of the negative emotions, let go, and return to a place of self composure. A place of serenity. The middle path.

In a way, my Gaia series is about recognizing when to let go, when to call for help and when to start over. I know I’ve done that so many times and I’m grateful for the ability to do so.
