🌱Meet the Founder🌱
“Hi! I’m Casey, the founder of From Dust and . My imperfect sustainability journey started in 2016, although I believe the seed was planted when I was high school, I just ignored it. It wasn’t until I was pregnant with my daughter that I really started feeling the weight and the impact of my choices and the kind of legacy I wanted to leave behind. What started as a way to reduce toxicity in my home snowballed into a daily intention to remove toxicity in the world. Although it seemed like a huge undertaking, I was encouraged by the amount of knowledge, community and support there was to not only start but stay consistent in my journey. It’s not always easy, but then again, what is really? I hope that with From Dust, I’m able to help others on their sustainability journey as well, by offering sustainable swaps for all their daily needs. We might not have everything on our site just yet, but with your help we will be able to continue growing and helping others become more sustainable too.
