I didn’t always dress like this.

Not because I didn’t want to—but because for a long time, I forgot what made me feel alive.

If you’re a mom, you get it.

We spend years in leggings and oversized tees, not because we don’t care, but because we’re caring for everyone else. And somewhere in the middle of school drop-offs, client emails, and reheated coffee, we lose track of what lights us up.

One of the reasons I love my job is because of all the precious conversations I get to have with my clients - cause let’s face it, it’s never only about the clothes…

- It’s about your relationship with your body and your history of self-talk

- It’s about the comments you did (or didn’t) receive from the people around you when you were younger

- It’s about the rules that you hated but you followed anyway in order to fit in

- It’s about how you feel when you attract attention and what responses that creates for you

- It’s about acknowledging the direction and movement your life is taking, and sometimes saying goodbye to things you loved

✨I remember the day I realized my wardrobe no longer aligned with who I was.

It was after several life transitions had happened at the same time, and my wardrobe had stayed the same.

The signs of misalignment were there:
I threw on whatever was easiest,
I felt awkward in half of my outfits,
and I never felt I had the right look for the right occasion.
