What is expected tends to be realized.

Think about how you are sabotaging yourself based on expectations or assumptions. Look at your words, where do you use “I can’t” or “I won’t” or “not for me” you don’t have to shift those into positive statements either (because you most likely won’t believe it) so just be good with not knowing. Maybe you can? Maybe that is for you? Maybe you have a warped perception of yourself and you have a bunch of limiting beliefs? Maybe…. The maybe gives space for something else.

Let yourself be curious. Make some space for the truth of “I can”
